The policy will automatically terminate two years from the date of its adoption by <br />the Council. <br />Current City Council Policy <br />All settlements of litigation in excess of $50,000 require City Council approval. With respect to <br />the sexual harassment investigation policy resolution, the City has a zero tolerance policy <br />against sexual harassment.
