• The hosting Councilmember will notify the Mayor and fellow Councilmembers of the <br />scheduled meeting. <br />Meeting_A eg nda <br />• Introduction/Welcome - 10 minutes <br />o Councilmember provides overview of meeting. <br />• Presentations - 20-30 minutes <br />o City staff presents updates on selected topics of local interest. <br />• Questions & Answers - 45-60 minutes <br />o Councilmember and staff field questions. <br />o Staff documents and obtains information to respond to residents. <br />Follow-up <br />• The Community Relations Representative sends issues to Department Heads for their <br />information and follow-up within 30 days. <br />• Residents who left their names and addresses/phone numbers are responded to if they <br />requested follow-up. <br />• The Councilmember hosting the meeting will be copied on replies to residents and <br />forwarded information on responses from Department Heads, and whenever possible all <br />Councilmembers will receive the information if it is of general interest to the Council. <br />
