This work is included in our proposal to the City of <br />San Leandro dated May 15, 2009 for the upgrade of the City's Advanced Traffic Signal <br />System Software and 42 traffic signal controllers. This Scope of Work is based on the <br />information that has been provided based on field visits, documentation, and discussions. <br />This document, herein referenced as "Exhibit A", shall serve as an executive summary of the <br />detailed proposal response to City RF'P 48184, titled "Naztec ATMS.now Advanced Traffic Control <br />System for NTCIP-based NEMA TS-2 Model 980 Traffic Controllers", dated May 15, 2009 ("Proposal", <br />approx. 125 pp). <br />WPS intends on partial billing the deliverable items outlined on the Exhibit B compensation <br />schedule, and issuing monthly billing statements, which reconcile these invoices. <br />Tasks # 1-4: COLLECT TIMING AND CABINETS, PROCURE MATERIALS <br />WPS will begin the project by meeting with the City to collect existing Econolite Model <br />ASC/2S traffic signal controller timing database information for translation to new Naztec <br />980 series TS2 controllers, City GIS aerial and shape files, and the as-built intersection <br />layout prints showing current intersection phasing, for the purposes of producing the <br />customized real-time intersection scan screen graphics. <br />WPS will Collect and merge the City Graphical Information System ("GIS") ESRI / <br />ArcView based GIS model of street centerline data and the aerial background image, for use <br />in customizing the central traffic signal system map. This will include utilization of custom <br />GIS shape file for radar speed signs, school zone boundaries, illumination crosswalk <br />locations, fiber optic modem locations, streetlights, pull boxes, and many more elements. <br />WPS will initiate procurement of all hardware that requires special arder. Some materials <br />will require 45-60 days to receive. <br />WPS will make a final evaluation of the Server Room and workstation area for operation and <br />migration into the new traffic operations center (TOC) in City Hall, and remodeled field <br />operations center at the Corporations Yard. <br />Consulting Services Agreement between 2 <br />City of San Leandro and Western Pacific Signal, LLC -Exhibit A <br />
