Annual Sidewalk Program 2009-10 <br />P&S and Call for Bids 3 July 20, 2009 <br />Budget Authority <br />• $390,000 has been allocated from Measure B funds in the 2009-10 budget as follows: <br />o $170,000 Measure B bike and pedestrian funds in account 144-36-006 <br />o $170,000 Measure B streets and roads funds in account 144-38-006 <br />o $50,000 Measure B funds for drainage repair in account 144-38-285 <br />• $38,100 remains from the 2008-09 budget General fund allocations as follows: <br />o $7,800 for drainage repair in account 210-38-275 <br />o $30,300 for repair of sidewalk at City property in account 210-38-126 <br />Attachments <br />Not Applicable <br />CONCLUSION <br />Staff recommends approval of the plans and specifications and call for bids on the subject <br />project. <br />K:\AA-C\COUNCIL\2009\7 JUL 20\Annual Sidewalk P&S MEMdoc <br />
