Sewer System Management Plan 2 <br />July 20, 2009 <br />5. The City shall develop and implement a written Sewer System Management Plan (SSMP) <br />and make it available to the State and/or Regional Water Board upon request. A copy of <br />this document must be publicly available at the City's office and/or available on the <br />Internet. This SSMP must be approved by the City's Board of Directors at a public <br />meeting. <br />The intent of the City's SSMP is to meet the requirements of the statewide WDR.
