Item will be considered under Item 9, Items Removed from Consent Calendar. 8. CONSENT CALENDAR Consent Calendar items are considered for approval by the City Council with one single action. As described above in Item 7, Amendment of Consent Calendar, the City Council may remove items from the Consent Calendar for purposes of presentation or discussion. Members of the public who have requested to address the Council regarding items remaining on the Consent Calendar may do so for up to 3 minutes per item with a maximum of 5 minutes for all items. Items listed on the Consent Calendar are deemed to have been read by title. Item 8.A. was removed from the Consent Calendar to Item 9, Items Removed from Consent Calendar. (2526) The City Council confirmed that City Council would recess during the month of August. C. Resolution No. 2009-097, Resolution Amending Guidelines in the City of San Leandro Council Members Handbook Relating to Council Member Town Hall Meetings (updates the guidelines to set a limit of one Town Hall or City-sponsored community meeting per year for each Councilmember and the Mayor). Resolution No. 2009-016 RDA, Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro Approving a Contractual Services Agreement for $144,000 with Neighborhood Solutions to Administer the Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program in FY2009-10 (provides for administration of the rehabilitation services to assist low and very low income homeowners). Resolution No. 2009-017 RDA, Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro Approving a Contractual Services Agreement with Bay Area Homebuyer Agency (BAHBA) for $44,835 to Administer the First Time Homebuyer and Inclusionary Housing/Below Market Rate Ownership Programs for FY2009-10 (provides for administration of the City's homebuyer programs).
