IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2009-105 (3160) <br />RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS <br />(Sewer Service Charges, Business Licenses, West San Leandro Shuttle Business Improvement <br />District Fees, Community Compliance Code Violation Penalties and/or Weed Abatement <br />Charges, and Solid Waste Service Charges) <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro has conducted a public hearing on the <br />assessments proposed to be levied for non-payment of delinquent sewer service charges, <br />business licenses, West San Leandro Shuttle Business Improvement District fees, community <br />compliance code violation penalties and/or weed abatement charges, and solid waste service <br />charges, said hearing conducted at 7:00 p.m. on July 20, 2009, in the City Council Chambers, <br />City Hall, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, CA 94577. <br />At or before the time set for hearing, owners or persons in possession of the property <br />described in the Report of the Finance Director made protests or objections to the proposed <br />assessments. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That each of these protests or objections, written or oral, is hereby overruled. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 20th day of July, 2009, <br />by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: ,{/'/J C~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
