(1136) <br />Motion Approving Findings of Fact, Including Conditions of Approval, <br />and Approval of the Monitoring Plan for SD-75-44. <br />- Staff is Requesting Continuance to the February 3, 1997, City Council <br />Meeting. <br />The City Council continued the matter of approving Findings of Fact, <br />including Conditions of Approval, and approval of the Monitoring Plan <br />for SD-75-44, to the February 3, 1997, City Council Meeting. <br />M/S/C Polvorosa and Young. Matter of Redevelopment Agency Motion to Refer the Islander Workshop <br />Findings and Recommendations to the Planning Commission for Further <br />Study and Direction for Implementing the Recommendations. <br />A staff report was presented by Redevelopment Administrator Debbie <br />Potter. She reviewed the Findings and requested the City Council refer <br />the matter to the Planning Commission. Jay Claiborne, Alameda County <br />Planning Consultant, was introduced. <br />Mayor Corbett thanked everyone who had been involved and volunteered <br />their time. Council Member Loeffler commended the positive outcome and <br />commented on the building's seismic safety. Council Member Lothrop <br />commented on the need to address space for children. Council Member <br />Young requested ongoing updates. <br />
