Council Member Loeffler noted his disappointment that the San Leandro <br />Journal will be leaving. <br />Council Member Loeffler commended the San Leandro Leadership Program <br />on positive results; he said the Program's success is evidenced by <br />the people who spoke this evening on several matters. <br />6. Council Member Lothrop noted she had been invited to attend the <br />Neighborhood Aviation Advisory Committee. She suggested the Airport <br />return for discussion with the Council at an upcoming Work Session. <br />There was consensus of the City Council to schedule a future Work <br />Session with representatives from the Oakland Airport. <br />7. Mayor Corbett noted her sadness at the San Leandro Journal leaving. <br />She urged the community to vote for the School Bond. She noted that <br />she had attended the Auto Mall groundbreaking with Council Members <br />Young and Galvan. <br />10.
