Minutes - City of San Leandro City Council and Page - 9 - <br />San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Special Meeting - June 30, 1997 <br />Mayor Corbett further clarified the lighting of the project, noting it <br />will have several different solutions, including a rustic, antique- <br />lantern look, ground lights, security lighting on the back of buildings, <br />and main, parking-lot lights. <br />Vice Mayor Loeffler clarified that the surface of the creek walk will <br />consist of a granite-type stone -- not conducive to skateboarding. <br />The following Resolution was then introduced: <br />Resolution No. 97-16, Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency <br />Approving an Amendment to the Letter of Intent Between the Redevelopment <br />Agency and Creekside Center Associates, Inc., and Design Development <br />Concept for Development of Agency-Owned Property at 960 San Leandro <br />Boulevard (amends the Letter of Intent to clarify the standard and <br />location for afine-dining restaurant tenant and references anew set of <br />architectural and site plan drawings, dated June 1997, and directs staff <br />to bring back a Disposition and Development Agreement for Council <br />consideration in August 1997). <br />M/S/C Loeffler and Glaze. Ordinance No. 97-023, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 29, Title IV, of the <br />San Leandro Municipal Code Relating to the Regulation of the Public <br />Display of Harmful Material (provides language which more closely <br />follows the language used in Section 313 and 313.1 of the California <br />Penal Code; broadens the definitions of the Section; prohibits the <br />display of harmful matter in any commercial establishment other than <br />"adults only" areas; and requires opaque displays or blinder racks in <br />areas where minors are permitted).
