NEW BUSINESS Items removed from the Consent Calendar. 5.6 Resolution Approving Contractual Services Agreement with Hammon, Jensen, Wallen & Associates, Inc., Relating to Digital Orthophotograph Production (provides far aerial, computerized mapping system of the City). Vice Mayor Loeffler clarified with staff that the cost of the contract is $152,000. He requested that, in the future, staff include the cost of a contract on the Agenda for the public's information. The following Resolution was then introduced: Resolution No. 97-134, Resolution Approving Contractual Services Agreement with Hammon, Jensen, Wallen & Associates, Inc., Relating to Digital Orthophotograph Production (provides for aerial, computerized mapping system of the City). Council Member Lothrop asked for insight from staff regarding community input for the Lube and Tune business. Debbie Potter, Redevelopment Administrator, explained the Letter of Intent in greater detail and explained the Letter of Intent gives them the authority to conduct a community meeting to get input from the neighbors.
