Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Approving a Letter of <br />Intent Establishing an Exclusive Right to Negotiate with Vanuatu <br />Properties, L.L.C., for the Disposition of Property Located on Davis <br />Street, Adjacent to Shell/Burger King Project (provides for an exclusive <br />right to negotiate with Vanuatu Properties, L.L.C., for development of <br />an automotive lube and tune business on the approximately 22,000-square- <br />foot, vacant parcel located on Davis Street, adjacent to the <br />Shell/Burger King project). Removed from the Consent Calendar to New <br />Business. <br />K. Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Accepting the Work <br />for Parrott Street Redesign, Project No. 96-262-8440 (provides for <br />acceptance of work from Redgwick Construction, release of bonds, and <br />filing of Notice of Completion). Removed from the Consent Calendar to <br />New Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />Items removed from the Consent Calendar. <br />5.6 Resolution Approving Contractual Services Agreement with Hammon, Jensen, <br />Wallen & Associates, Inc., Relating to Digital Orthophotograph Production <br />(provides far aerial, computerized mapping system of the City). <br />Vice Mayor Loeffler clarified with staff that the cost of the contract is <br />$152,000. He requested that, in the future, staff include the cost of a <br />contract on the Agenda for the public's information. <br />The following Resolution was then introduced: <br />Resolution No. 97-134, Resolution Approving Contractual Services Agreement <br />with Hammon, Jensen, Wallen & Associates, Inc., Relating to Digital <br />Orthophotograph Production (provides for aerial, computerized mapping system <br />of the City). Debbie Potter, Redevelopment <br />Administrator, explained the Letter of Intent in greater detail and <br />explained the Letter of Intent gives them the authority to conduct a <br />community meeting to get input from the neighbors. <br />
