So, after this agreement, I think you'll see EBDA look at the JPA and one of the reasons why, is as Bob said, the agreement that we are entering into outlives the existence of EBDA. So we have to look at the JPA anyway. I don't think that because we commented on it originally in the first EIR process, I don't think there is any jeopardy of us not getting the mitigation if we don't put it in this agreement. It's referenced in the agreement -everybody understands that we're going to get mitigation for the street. And, again, we have the opportunity to be specific about that, which is not necessary in this agreement, during the EIR process and during the permit process when they pull the permit to do this project. I don't think tonight that we have to dot all the "I"s and cross the "T"s. We just have to maybe put a committee together, certainly I would be willing to work with Bob -it's his district that's going to experience all the disruption, and kind of work with staff and nail down exactly what it is that we want to see on Lewelling Boulevard And, as long as we do that in a timely manner in accordance with the EIR process, there's not going to be any problem.
