Section 44. Continuation of Agreement <br />The parties to this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) hereby <br />agree to continue the provisions of the January 1, 2002 through <br />December 31, 2004 MOU through December 31, 2005 as amended. The <br />parties further agree to reopen Section 29 for the purpose of <br />determining whether or not to continue the medical insurance <br />benefits under CaIPERS Health Plans.
