IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-014 (1057/3042) <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL IN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A COOPERATIVE FUNDING <br />AGREEMENT WITH ALAMEDA CONTRA COSTA TRANSIT DISTRICT FOR REGIONAL <br />MEASURE 2PASS-THROUGH FUNDS, PROJECT NO. 961-86-045 <br />WHEREAS, Regional Measure 2 Transit Operations funds were awarded to the Alameda <br />Contra Costa Transit District (AC Transit) for the project entitled "Enhanced Bus Service: <br />International Boulevard/Telegraph Avenue/East 14th BRT Corridor"; and <br />WHEREAS, AC Transit included improvements to be completed by the City in said AC <br />Transit prof ect for the renovations to the Estudillo Plaza Bus Shelter and transit area near the <br />southwestern corner of the intersection of Davis Street and East 14th Street in San Leandro, <br />California; and <br />WHEREAS, AC Transit requires a Cooperative Funding Agreement with the City to <br />redistribute Regional Measure 2 funds to reimburse the City for the aforementioned <br />improvements to the Estudillo Plaza transit area. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the City Manager is authorized to enter into a Cooperative Funding Agreement with <br />AC Transit for Regional Measure 2 funds. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Badger and passed and adopted this 7th day of February <br />2005, by the following called vote: <br />
