IN THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-016 (3046) <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />AUTHORIZING AND AFFIRMING SETTLEMENT OF THE <br />CLAIM OF CLAIRE GOLDSTEIN IN THE AMOUNT OF $55,000 <br />BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS, that the City Council authorizes and affirms the <br />settlement of the claim of Claire Goldstein (Claim No. 2003-034) in the amount of $55,000 by <br />check made payable to Claire Goldstein and hereby acknowledges the receipt and execution of the <br />release dated October 28, 2004 as the final compromise and settlement of said claim. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Grant and passed and adopted this 22°d day of February, <br />2005 by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; Mayor Young (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
