IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2005-018 (2207) <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AUTHORIZING <br />A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH C. SONG YLJN <br />FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1371 EAST 14TH STREET <br />(APN 077-0545-007-00) <br />WHEREAS C. Song Yun ("Licensee") is the owner of the property at 1371 East 14~h Street, <br />which contains improvements installed on the City-owned adjacent public mall located at 1350 <br />Washington Avenue (APN 077-0545-063-00); <br />WHEREAS the City has historically authorized such use of its property through License <br />Agreements with prior owners of the property, which have now expired; and <br />WHEREAS Licensee has agreed to an annual License Fee to reimburse the City its costs in <br />monitoring a new License Agreement ("Agreement"); and <br />WHEREAS the Council has been presented with the Agreement and is familiar with the <br />contents thereof; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said Agreement is hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to execute it. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Grant and passed and adopted this 22nd day of February, <br />2005 by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; Mayor Young (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
