2.0 ENVIRONMENTAL CHECKLIST <br />^ Cover all trucks hauling soil, sand, and other loose materials, or require all trucks to maintain <br />at least two feet of freeboard (i.e., the minimum required space between the top of the Load <br />and the top of the trailer) in accordance with Section 23114 of the California Vehicle Code <br />during transit to and from the site; <br />Apply non-toxic soil stabilizers (e.g., latex acrylic copolymer) if visible soil material is <br />carried onto adjacent public streets; and <br />^ Incorporate Storm Water Best Management Practices throughout the course of the Project. <br />Implementation of these measures would reduce potential impacts to air quality to a less-than- <br />significant level. <br />San Lcandro Recycled Water Project 2-lo FSA !203143 <br />Drafr ISlMND <br />
