IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2005-021 (2323) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />FOR THE PHOENIX GROUP TO COMPLETE PHASE III OF THE COMPUTER <br />AUTOMATED DISPATCH AND RECORDS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CAD/RMS) <br />REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br />Recitals <br />An Agreement between the City of San Leandro and The Phoenix Group a copy of which is <br />attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Nardine and passed and adopted this 7th day of March, 2005 <br />by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens (6) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: Mayor Young (1) <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
