EXHIBIT F <br />CUSTOMER REQUESTED STANDARD SOFTWARE ENHANCEMENTS/MODIFICATIONS <br />AND/OR CUSTOM SOFTWARE <br />A. DEFINITION OF PROJECT <br />New World will provide the Customer requested Standard Software Enhancements and/or Custom <br />Software as discussed bclow to address the Customer's requirements. Customer agrees to cooperate in not <br />making modifications and enhancements too extensive as detined in the B-2a procedure below. <br />CAPABILITIES INCLUDED IN FIXED COST UNDER B-4a BELOW <br />Enhancements/Modifications to Exhibit A Software <br />a. General Systems Requirement #53 <br />For tables such as incidents, names, warrants, arrests and such, the system must track the <br />date/time and login of the person who added the records, and the date/time and login of <br />the person who last modified the record. To be included as part of a future release. <br />b. Process Requirement #177 (All) 06,600): <br />Ability for system to kcep an audit trail of workflow and work queue activity for a <br />case/report. <br />c. Process Requirement X759 (Patrol) ($8,800): <br />Ability to affix differently designed icons and different colored icons to crime locations. <br />The differences in shape and color would allow the viewer to see not only the physical <br />patters of different types of crime but also to place those crimes in patters based on time <br />of occurrence. <br />d. Process Requirement #765 (Patrol) ($6,600): <br />Ability to display pin maps in layers that may be tamed on and off to allow for <br />consideration of inter-related activities and landmarks. <br />e. LERMS messaging additional functionality that will send a message to the assigned <br />detective when a case is changed or additional reports are added to the case (~ 16,800). <br />f. Briefing Summary Enhanccments: Allow briefing summaries to be retrieved by summary <br />type as well as by lime of summary creation. Show display of all ofticers on duty. <br />($1 I ,200) <br />g. NCIC Query -display associated unit/CFS in NCIC response grid. This enhancement <br />would automatically insert the trait/CFS on outbound NCIC queries. ($0) <br />h. Booking Card. Inchide person who posted bond on booking card and print possessions <br />receipt at time of intake and release; with signature block for inmate to sign. ($5,600) <br />i. Career Criminal /Registrant automatic interface/check with Identix system that will send <br />offender information tiom Aegis/MSP to the [ndentix system.
