San Leandro, California <br />Statement of Work (SOW) <br />Statement of Work <br />This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the work being agreed to New World by the City of San Leandro, California <br />(Customer) for the Public Safety system described in New Worid's proposal and license agreements. <br />Changes to this SOW will be processed in accordance with the procedure described in Change Order Procedure in <br />Appendix A. The investigation and the implementation of changes may result in modifications to the Project <br />Schedule, Costs, or other terms of this SOW. <br />The following are incorporated in and made part of this SOW: <br />• Appendix A.
