San Leandro, California <br />Statement of Work <br />3.11 Live Operational Use <br />Objective <br />To have Customer using the Licensed Software to assist in performing the day-to-day operations. New World and <br />Customer will work together to dctennine a Go-Live date and time. <br />New World Responsibilities <br />New World Systems will be responsible for: <br />• Provide appropriate on site staffing during live operations (go-live). <br />• Provide support during Live Operational Use. <br />• Work with Customer in clarifying issues. <br />• Contact Customer personnel in a timely manner and respond to any software defects as reported to New <br />World. <br />• Connect via remote connectivity, mutually agreed upon by Customer and New World, for diagnosis and <br />possible Software defect correction, as needed. <br />• Recommend corrective measures (e.g. Table Corrections). <br />New World Deliverables <br />New World Systems will provide the following deliverables: <br />• Operational turnover to New World Customer Care team. <br />Customer Responsibilities <br />Customer will be responsible for: <br />• To report to New World any suspected software defect. <br />• To have Customer Go-Live Team available prior to and during Go-Live. <br />Customer Deliverables <br />Customer will provide the following deliverables: <br />• Retest affected application following correction and report to New World Support the results. <br />• Operational turnover from New World. <br />
