a lca t 3 ~1vc~,.r-cx~ <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT <br />All that certain real property situate in the city of San Leandro, county of Alameda, state <br />of California, described as follows: <br />Being a portion of that certain parcel of land described in the Trust Transfer Deed for the <br />Harroch Family 2002 Trust recorded October 2, 2002 as instrument number 2002444818, <br />Alameda County records, more particularly described as follows: <br />Being also a portion of Lot 1 as said lot is shown on the map of Tract 1140 filed August <br />21, 1953 in Book 33 of Maps at Page 99, Alameda County records, more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point in the northwesterly line of that certain 20-foot wide strip of land <br />described as Parcel 2 in the deed to the Central Pacific Railway Company recorded July <br />17, 1947 in Book 5160 at Page 235, Official Records of Alameda County, distant thereon <br />South 61 °53' 18" West, 2.00 feet from the intersection thereof with the southwesterly line <br />of Alvarado Street, 60 feet wide; <br />Thence leaving said northwesterly line, North 28°13'56" West, 9.00 feet; <br />Thence North 61 °53' 18" East, 2.00 feet to the aforementioned southwesterly line of <br />Alvarado Street; <br />Thence along said southwesterly line, North 28°13'56" West, 8.00 feet; <br />Thence leaving said southwesterly line, South 61 °53' 18" West, 7.00 feet; <br />Thence South 28°13'56" East, 17.00 feet to a point in the aforementioned northwesterly <br />line of the 20.00-foot wide strip of land described as Farcel 2 in the deed to the Central <br />Pacific Railway Company; <br />Thence along said northwesterly line, North 61 °53' 18" East, 5.00 feet to the POINT OF <br />BEGINNING. <br />Containing 101 squaze feet, more or less. <br />Kier & Wright Civil Engineers & <br />Alan C.
