IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-037 (2639/2930) <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SUBMIT THE MEASURE B <br />PARATRANSIT APPLICATION AND GAP FUND APPLICATION FOR THE <br />EXPENDITURE OF MEASURE B PARATRANSIT FUNDS IN FY 2005-06 TO THE <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY (ACTIA), AND <br />TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS IN SUPPORT OF THESE <br />ACTIVITIES <br />Recitals <br />WHEREAS, before Measure B Paratransit funds and GAP funds will be made available <br />to local agencies, the LOCAL AGENCY is required to approve the annual application for <br />Measure B Paratransit funding and GAP fund application; and <br />WHEREAS, ACTIA requires a resolution approving the annual applications. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the City Council authorizes the City Manager to submit the Measure B Paratransit <br />Application and Gap Fund Application for the expenditure of Measure B Paratransit funds in FY <br />20005-06 to ACTIA, and to negotiate and execute all documents in support of these activities. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution will be transmitted to <br />ACTIA. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Santos and passed and adopted this 21st day of March <br />2005, by the following called vote: <br />
