IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-043 (2323) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />BKF ENGINEERS RELATING TO THE MACARTHUR BOULEVARD STREETSCAPE <br />PROJECT (PHASE 1), PROJECT NO. 03-964-82-058 <br />Recitals <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and BKF Engineers, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said document. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Santos and passed and adopted this 4th day of April <br />2005, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Starosciak, Stephens (6) <br />NOES: None ~~) <br />ABSENT: Mayor Young (I) <br />ATTEST: V ~U~l/1,{.,C{,t,~ _ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
