IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-044 (2323) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND R3 CONSULTING GROUP, INC. <br />FOR A FNE YEAR PERFORMANCE REVIEW AND FINANCIAL ASSESSMENT OF <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY INDUSTRIES (ACI) <br />An Agreement between the City of San Leandro and R3 Consulting Group, Inc., a copy of <br />which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Starosciak and passed and adopted this 4th day of April, <br />2005 by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Starosciak, Stephens (6) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: Mayor Young (1) <br />ATTEST: `--~~' ~ l~ ~l/t <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
