13. If the design of any site improvement requires encroachments onto neighboring <br />properties during construction, written agreements with that property owner shall be <br />submitted to the City Engineer, for review and approval, prior to approval of the Final <br />Map. <br />14. All T.V. Cable facilities shall be located and installed in accordance with the City's <br />"Design and Construction Standards for Ground-Mounted T.V. Cable Facilities." <br />15. Prior to the issuance of building permits for the project, the subdivider shall obtain an <br />Encroachment Permit from the Engineering and Transportation Department for any <br />work within the public right-of--way on MacArthur Boulevard. <br />16. The proposed Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions (CCR's) for the project shall <br />be approved by the City prior to approval of the Final Map. <br />17. Prior to the recordation of the Final Map with the Alameda County Recorder, <br />subdivider shall submit to the City Engineer a computer disk with a file of the points <br />and lines of the Final Map in an AutoCAD-readable format compatible with the <br />City's Automated Mapping System. Additionally, the subdivider is to provide a <br />computer disk that includes AutoCAD- readable files of the public and private <br />improvements, PDF files of geotechnical reports, hydraulic reports and any other <br />required submitted documents. <br />18. Subdivider shall have its contractor inspect sewer and storm drain lines using CCTV <br />and provide VHS format cassettes upon construction. <br />B. STREETS <br />1. The City Senior Transportation Engineer must approve all street widths and sections <br />within the prof ect boundary. <br />2. Subdivider is responsible for removing unused driveways, any substandard curb, <br />gutter and sidewalk, along the full project frontage on MacArthur Boulevard, and <br />constructing new curb, gutter and sidewalk in the same location and/or alignment as <br />the existing concrete improvements including improvements identified on the <br />MacArthur Streetscape Project. All of these Improvements are shown on the <br />MacArthur Boulevard Streetscape Project and will be constructed by the City. The <br />subdivider shall reimburse the City 50% of actual costs of these improvements along <br />the project frontage upon construction. The estimated construction cost of these <br />improvements is $126,000. The City will allow the subdivider to reimburse the City <br />in ten (10) equal payments of $6,300 (estimated) for each lot (9 residential lots and <br />one office/retail lot) at the time of Certificate of Occupancy for each Building. <br />3.
