Increase the availability of affordable rental <br />housing for extremely low income, low <br />income and moderate income households. <br />2. Preserve existing affordable rental housing <br />and ownership for low income and moderate <br />income households. <br />3. Assist low and moderate income first-tinx <br />homebuyers. <br />4. Maintain, improve and expand (as needed) <br />the capacity of housing, shelter and services <br />for homeless individuals and families <br />including integrated healthcare, employment <br />services and other services. <br />2. Reduction in derelict properties and other blighting int7uences as a result ofcode <br />enforcement, acquisition, demolition or rehabilitation. <br />2. Decrease in number of children with elevated blood lead levels. <br />3. Number and/or percentage of housing units assisted Ihat have eliminated at least <br />one sigiiticant health and safety deficiency as a result of housing rehabilitation, <br />defined by local codes. <br />1. Percent increase in the homeownership late in targeted neighborhoods or in the <br />community overall. <br />Perform:mce Measures <br />I. On an annual basis see a decrease in the number of chronically homeless <br />individuals in the community. <br />Performance Measures <br />1.
