Section 13.04. Severability. In the event any provision of any Lease shall be held <br />invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such holding shall not <br />invalidate or render unenforceable any other provision hereof. <br />Section 13.05. Amendments, Changes and Modifications. This Agreement and each <br />Lease may only be amended by Lessor and Lessee in writing. <br />Section 13.06. Execution in Counterparts. This Agreement and each Lease may be <br />simultaneously executed in several counterparts, each of which shall be an original and a[I <br />of which shall constitute but one and the same instrument. <br />Section 13.07. Applicable Law. This Agreement and each Lease shall be governed <br />by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State. <br />Section 13.08. Captions.
