Construction workers on the project shall be provided aPort-O-Potty as a <br />minimum sanitary facility for use during all phases of construction. <br /> <br />4 <br />IX. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />A. The approvals granted by the City as a result of this application, as well as the <br />Conditions of Approval, shall be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of <br />Alameda County. <br />B.
