IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />3C>29 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-056 (2500/39§0 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. 008-M TO <br />MASTER AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL-AID PROJECTS--AGREEMENT PROVIDES <br />LOCAL MATCH TO FEDERAL FUNDS FOR THE WASHINGTON AVENUE STREET <br />REHABILITATION PROJECT, PROJECT NO. OS-150-38-267, FEDERAL-AID PROJECT <br />NO. STPL-5041 (024) <br />Recitals <br />Program Supplement No. 008-M is to be incorporated into that Master Agreement for <br />Federally Funded Projects entered into between the City of San Leandro and the State of <br />California <br />The City Manager has recommended the execution of said Program Supplement No. 008- <br />M. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said Program Supplement No. 008-M is hereby approved and the City Manager or <br />his authorized representative is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of <br />the City. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Santos and passed and adopted this 2nd day of May 2005, <br />by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Young (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: ~ . <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
