IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-057 (1833) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HOME CONSORTIUM AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND ALAMEDA COUNTYAGREEMENT FOR <br />FEDERAL FISCAL YEARS (FY) 2006 - 2008 <br />An Agreement between the City of San Leandro and Alameda County, a copy of which is <br />attached, has been presented to the City Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said Agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Santos and passed and adopted this 2nd day of May, 2005 <br />by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Young (7) <br />NOES: None (~) <br />ABSENT: None (~) <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
