The following fees have been established by the City Council pursuant to various provisions of the San Leandro Municipal Code (SLMC), San Leandro Administrative <br />Code (SLAG) or the general laws of the State of California. <br />CITY WIDE (cont.) <br />4. Residential Parking Pemut Program <br />Note: Fees are Annual and are to be charged on a <br />calendar year basis and shall not be pro rated. <br />A. Regular Permits $20 for first pemlit <br />1. Additional Pernuts (each) $40/each for additional pemuts <br />B. Visitor Permits $15(good for 14-days) <br />CITY CLERK <br />1. Private Subscriptions -for mailing and handling of $240.00/per year (prorated quarterly) SLAG 6.4.100 <br />Council Book <br />2. Fire and Closing Out Sales Application Fees $60.00 filing fee for 60 days SLMC 4-8-125 <br />3. 'Appeals Fee <br />. SLAG 6.4.100 <br />A. Non-refundable appeal processing fee for $75.00 <br />administrative decisions <br />B. Non-refundable appeal processing fee for ! $175.00 plus Direct Costs (2) if appellant is applicant. SLAG 5.1.00 <br />Board of Zoning Adjustments or Planning $175.00 if appellant is not applicant <br />Commission decisions (see also: Community <br />Development Department) <br />C. Notice of Violation appeal fee $30.00 SLMC 1-12-420 <br />4. Fee for the processing of an initiative petition for any $200.00 CA Elections <br />municipal measure. Refundable if, within one year of the date of filing the Notice Code §9202(b) <br /> of Intent, the Clerk certifies the sufficiency of the petition. <br />(2) Direct Costs: Hourly personnel charge plus a factor of 32.97% for benefits,14.80% for indirect overhead charges and 52.23% for staff support charges <br />06/09/05 3 <br />
