Building Permit (continued) <br />d. Minor Kitchen Remodel Pemit: a. Plan Checking <br />Plan checking fee shall be paid at the time of appl <br />to the building permit fee and shall be as follows: <br />(1) In-house-During Regular Working Hours <br />For Master Plans (i.e. identical buildings <br />built by the same builder on the same lot or <br />in the saw tract and for which building <br />pemits are issues at the same time),: <br />Changes, revisions, or additions to plans <br />previously checked <br />b. Additional bath remodel when concurrent with kitchen <br />or bath remodel within the same structure and at <br />same time $128.00 <br />ication for a building permit.
