IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 2005-061 (?897) RESOLUTION INITIALLY ACCEPTING SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT (PUBLIC AND PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS) FOR TRACT 7175, CHERRYWOOD, PHASE 3, WESTERLY END OF PERALTA AVENUE, WEST OF SAN LEANDRO BOULEVARD; DEVELOPER: SAN LEANDRO INVESTORS, LLC Recitals Pursuant to a Subdivision Improvement Agreement (Public and Private Improvements) between the City of San Leandro and San Leandro Investors, LLC, a California corporation, (subdivider) dated February 20, 2001, and associated plans identified as Tract 7175, certain subdivision improvement work has been completed. Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore recommends that said work be accepted. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. 2. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. That upon completion to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director of the one-year Maintenance Period established pursuant to said contract, the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore given for maintenance of the work hereinbefore described.
