IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-063 (2500/3042) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. 007-M REV. 1 <br />TO MASTER AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL-AID PROJECTSAGREEMENT PROVIDES <br />LOCAL MATCH TO FEDERAL FUNDS FOR THE TRANSPORTATION FOR LIVABLE <br />COMMUNITIES GRANT, WEST ESTUDILLO PEDESTRIAN CONNECTION PROJECT, <br />PROJECT NO. 03-961-86-045, FEDERAL-AID PROJECT NO. STPLER-5041(023) <br />Recitals <br />Program Supplement No. 007-M Rev. 1 is to be incorporated into that Master Agreement <br />for Federally Funded Projects entered into between the City of San Leandro and the State of <br />Califon~ia. <br />The City Manager has recommended the execution of said Program Supplement No. 007- <br />M Rev. 1. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said Program Supplement No. 007-M Rev. 1 is hereby approved and the City <br />Manager or his authorized representative is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same <br />and all Master Agreements, Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund Exchange Agreements, <br />Fund Transfer Agreements and any amendments thereto with the California Department of <br />Transportation on behalf of the City. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Santos and passed and adopted this 16th day of May 2005, <br />by the following called vote; <br />
