These acres <br />are currently leased to concessionaires who maintain and operate them. <br />s For the purpose of impact fee analysis, this report excludes from the inventory long-terns lease land at <br />Marina Pazk and several private holdings. The Pacific Athletic Complex and the San Leandro Ball Park, two special <br />use areas owned and operated by the City, are added to the Parks Needs Assessment inventory. Note that about 19 <br />acres of parkland owned by EBMUD or the School Districts, but operated as parkland by the City, are included in <br />the total. <br />Hausrath Economics Group <br />
