offices; legal offices; medical and health services offices and office buildings; professional and <br />administrative offices; professional associations; real estate offices; research and/or development <br />offices and travel agencies. <br />"Multi-Family" shall refer to any dwelling unit other than aSingle-Family <br />unit, or Special-Unit and <br />j . "Special-Unit" shall refer to any dwelling unit that isnot aSingle-Family unit <br />or is not aMulti-Family unit or a Secondary Dwelling Unit that meets the Zoning Code definition as <br />well as Senior Housing Project established for independent elderly adults that do not require daily <br />care and supervision as well as assisted living facilities where the residents are able to enjoy local <br />parklands or participate in senior-oriented park facilities or centers. <br />2. Park Impact Fee Imposed. <br />a. A Fee shall be charged and paid for each Single-Family, Multi-Family and <br />Special residential unit within the City when the Certificate of Occupancy for the unit is issued. <br />b. For each Mixed Development a composite Fee shall be charged and paid in <br />accordance with (a), above, for each single family, multiple family and Special-Unit dwelling within <br />a Mixed Development. <br />c. The Fee shall not be charged for non-residential developments (Commercial <br />or Industrial), nor shall the Fee be charged for non-residential developments within Mixed <br />Developments. <br />Amount of Fee. <br />The amount of the Fee shall be as follows: <br />Park Land Acquisition Fee <br />Single-Family $11,179 <br />Multi-Family $9,771 <br />Special Unit $4,886 <br />Park Improvement Fee <br />Single-Family $1,844 <br />Multi-Family $1,612 <br />Special Unit $806 <br />Total Acquisition and Improvement Fee <br />Single-Family $13,023 <br />Multi-Family $11,3 83 <br />Special Unit $5,692 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-069 <br />
