FRANCIS ELECTRIC, 601 <br />ALADDIN AVENUE, SAN LEANDRO, CA 94577, as contractor, for a certain work <br />of improvement: To wit, FIBER INSTALLATION NEXTLINK MANOR <br />BOULEVARD/FARNSWORTH STREET, PROJECT NO. 120-38-206. <br />2. That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of <br />improvement are as follows: St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company <br />3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San <br />Leandro as completed on the 6th day of June 2005. <br />4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the FIBER <br />INSTALLATION NEXTLINK MANOR BOULEVARD/FARNSWORTH <br />STREET, PROJECT NO. 120-38-206, is that of public easement in certain land(s) <br />designated as Doolittle Drive, Williams Street, Merced Street, Wicks Boulevard, Manor <br />Boulevard, Farnsworth Street, Fargo Avenue, Washington Avenue, and Lewelling <br />Boulevard, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. <br />I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
