IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-082 (2273) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING COMMj7NITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN EDEN COUNCIL FOR HOPE AND OPPORTUNITY (ECHO <br />HOUSING) AND THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO FOR FAIR HOUSING SERVICES FOR <br />FY 2005-2006 <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Eden Council for Hope and <br />Opportuiuty (ECHO), a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized for the <br />CDBG grant amount of 515,000 for ECHO's fair housing services. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Stephens and passed and adopted this 20t~' day of June, 2005 <br />by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Nardine, Santos, Starosciak, Stephens; Mayor Young (6) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Grant (1) <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
