IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-085 (2318) <br />RESOLUTION REPEALING AND REENACTING TITLE 1, CHAPTER 9 OF THE SAN <br />LEANDRO ADMII~TISTRATNE CODE RELATING TO GIFTS, DONATIONS, AND <br />SPONSORSHIl'S POLICY <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />Section 1. Title 1, Chapter 9 of the San Leandro Administrative Code, entitle Gifts, <br />Donations, and Sponsorships Policy, is hereby repealed and reenacted, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Section 2.
