IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-096 (2012/2323) <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACTUAL <br />SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH DAMS STREET FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER <br />FOR YOUTH ANTI-VIOLENCE PROGRAMS AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING SERVICES <br />An Agreement between the City of San Leandro and Davis Street Family Resource Center, <br />a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Stephens and passed and adopted this 20t" day of June, 2005, <br />by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Nardine, Santos, Starosciak, Stephens; Mayor Young (6) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Grant (1) <br />ATTEST: ~~/~~/1,,(,CWI <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
