IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-104 (1078/1203/1221) <br />RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS <br />(Sewer Service and Weed Abatement Charges, and Business License Fees) <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro has conducted a public hearing on the <br />assessments proposed to be levied for non-payment of delinquent sewer service and weed <br />abatement charges, and business license fees, said hearing conducted at 7:~0 p.m. on <br />July 18, 2005 in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, CA <br />94577. <br />At or before the time set for hearing, owners or persons in possession of the property <br />described in the Report of the Finance Director made protests or objections to the proposed <br />assessments. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That each of these protests or objections, written or oral, is hereby overruled. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Grant and passed and adopted this 18t~' day of July, 2005 <br />by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Grant, Nardine, Starosciak, Stephens; Mayor Young (6) <br />NOES: Councilmember Santos (1) <br />ABSENT: ,None (0~ <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
