IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-106 (2888) <br />RESOLUTION MODIFYING PLN2004-00031 A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OF <br />APPROXIMATELY 10,890 SQUARE FEET OF OFFICE USES FOR 1016-1052 DAMS <br />STREET (ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBERS 075-0148-05, 075-0148-06-01, 075-0148-07, <br />AND 075-0148-08-02) <br />RECITALS <br />A. The Planning Commission and the City Council have approved a rezoning of the four <br />subject properties to CN(PD) Commercial Neighborhood, Planned Development Overlay <br />District, approved a planned development, approved a general map amendment and conformity <br />findings, and adopted associated environmental documents. <br />B. The applicant has requested the City to amend the planned development approval to <br />allow for a single two-story building, slightly larger in footprint and square footage and located <br />further west on the property site. <br />C. The Planning Commission, on June 23, 2005, recommended approval of this amendment <br />to the City Council. <br />FINDINGS <br />A. The project as presented to the City Council in the Site Plan & Elevations and associated <br />documents conforms to the General Plan. <br />B. This project is exempt from further environmental review and the scope of the project as <br />amended is consistent with and falls within the scope of the Negative Declaration approved by <br />the City Council on June 7, 2004. <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of San Leandro the <br />second modification of PLN2004-00031 is approved. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Santos and passed and adopted this 18t" day of July, 2005, <br />by the following called vote. <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Young (7) <br />NOES: None ~0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
