E. The design of the subdivision or proposed improvements is not likely to cause substantial <br />environmental damage or substantially and avoidably injure fish or wildlife or their habitat. <br />F. The design of the residential townhouse subdivision and necessary on- and off-site <br />improvements are not likely to cause serious public health problems. A residential <br />subdivision will not involve any significant amounts of hazardous materials or products. <br />G. The design of the subdivision or type of improvements will not conflict with or affect any <br />existing easements. <br />Recitals <br />There has been submitted to this Council, a tentative map entitled "Vesting Tentative Map, <br />Tract 7631, San Leandro, Alameda County, California." <br />The City Engineer has certified that said Vesting Tentative Map, is technically correct; and <br />that the subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 13 of the San Leandro <br />Municipal Code and the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the Vesting Tentative Map, Tract 7631 is hereby approved, subject to the conditions of <br />PLN2005 -00049 (Vesting Tentative Map and Planned Development) prescribed by the Planning <br />Commission. <br />Introduced by Councihnember Nardine and passed and adopted this 18th day of July, 2005, by <br />the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Young (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />(0) <br />RFSOI UTION NO. 2005-107 2 <br />
