WHEREAS, the conclusion of the Reuse Report, that the consideration for the property is <br />not less than the fair reuse value at the use and with the covenants and conditions and <br />development costs authorized by the sale or lease, is hereby accepted by the Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents of the Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of the Agreement; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro hereby resolves as <br />follows: <br />Section 1. The Reuse Report required by Health and Safety Code §33433, copies of <br />which are on file in the office of the City Clerk, and all related documents, correspondence and <br />transmittals, including those documents relating to the Disposition and Development Agreement, <br />copies of such Agreement are also on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br />Section 2.
