IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-110 (3001) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARCEL MAP 8659 FOR 2457-2463 FAIRWAY DRIVE, <br />ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 79A-0582-026-01; <br />OWNER AND SUBDIVIDER: DERREL RAMSEY <br />FINDING <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, together with <br />the provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan. <br />Recitals <br />A parcel map entitled "Parcel Map 8659, City of San Leandro, Alameda County, <br />California" has been submitted to this Council. <br />The City Engineer has stated that said parcel map is technically correct, and that the <br />subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro <br />Municipal Code and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. <br />The City Engineer's Report for Parcel Map 8659 is incorporated herein by this reference. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />A. That said Parcel Map 8659 is categorically exempt from the environmental review <br />requirements of CEQA, under Class 15, Minor Land Subdivisions, of Title 28, Chapter 1 of the <br />San Leandro Administrative Code. <br />B. That said Parcel Map 8659 is hereby approved, subject to the conditions listed in <br />Exhibit A, attached heretoo <br />Introduced by Councilmember Santos and passed and adopted this 18th day of July 2005, <br />by the following called vote: <br />
