IN THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-112 (3067) <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AUTHORIZING <br />A SETTLEMENT OF LITIGATION IN THE MATTER OF RHEA WILLIAMSON AND <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,000 <br />BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to take all appropriate actions <br />necessary to settle the matter of Rhea Williamson and City of San Leandro, Alameda <br />Cotilnty Superior Court Action No. 04-154935 in the amount of $50,000.00 by check <br />made payable to Rhea Williamson and her attorney(s) of record. <br />2. Effective Date.
