IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-1 I8 (2720) <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING <br />SPACE RENT AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN <br />BRANDENBURG-STAEDLER MISSION BAY MOBILEHOME COMMUNITY, <br />THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, AND <br />THE TENANTS OF MISSION BAY MOBILEHOME COMMUNITY <br />An Agreement between the Brandenburg-Staedler Mission Bay Mobilehome Community, <br />the City of San Leandro, and the Tenants of Mission Bay Mobilehome Community, a copy of <br />which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Santos and passed and adopted this lst day of August, 2005, <br />by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Young (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
