IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2005-121 (1051/2318) <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING TITLE 6, CHAPTER 4, SECTION 6.4.100 OF THE <br />SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE RELATING TO FISCAL YEAR 2005-06 FEES <br />FOR SAN LEANDRO MARINA BERTH RENTAL <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />Section 1. San Leandro Marina, Berth Rental Rates in Title 6, Chapter 4 of the San <br />Leandro Administrative Code, entitled Fees, Exhibit A, is hereby amended, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Section 2.
