That on or about the 18th day of October 2004, the City of San Leandro, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, <br />California, did enter into a certain contract with BAY CONSTRUCTION <br />COMPANY, 4026 MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. WAY, OAKLAND, CA 94609 <br />as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: To wit, BONAIRE PARK <br />PLAYGROUND IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. 165-43-197. <br />2. That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of <br />improvement are as follows: Fidelity and Guaranty Insurance Company <br />3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San <br />Leandro as completed on the 6th day of September 2005. <br />4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the <br />BONAIRE PARK PLAYGROUND IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. 165-43- <br />197 is that of fee simple title in certain land designated as APN 077B-0898-002-03, as <br />well as ownership of improvement thereon. <br />I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
